Vacuum Applications

The vacuum load sensors are assembled according to special procedures. The used

components and materials meet standard out-gassing criteria. Vacuum screws are

included in the scope of delivery. For more details please contact your local FMS

representative.

The following load sensors are available as vacuum options with a rating of up to 10-7 hPa (7.5 * 10-8 Torr):
