Phytron VSS/VSH兩相真空步進馬達專為極端自然環境所設計的。
採用特殊的繞線、軸承及潤滑方式,能承受高真空度、抵抗高輻射性
及適用於大的溫度範圍(-270℃~300℃,依機型選用)所有產品符合  一張含有 符號, 字型, 標誌, 圖形 的圖片自動產生的描述
